Immerse yourself in the history and art of an 18th century site, share your knowledge and passion with our visitors, and help us engage to inspire future generations.
Volunteers play a vital role in the running of Orleans House Gallery and there are many roles available including; Study Gallery Volunteers, Volunteer Tour Guides, Volunteer Exhibitions Assistants, Volunteer Gallery Assistants, and Education Volunteers.
In addition our Garden Team are always on the look out for volunteers to help maintain the remains of the formal gardens.
We are currently recruiting for people who can volunteer on a weekend and ad hoc Education Volunteers. Please find more information in the PDF’s below.

Arts Education Voluntary Placement
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to support our vibrant arts education programme. The Education Department coordinates and delivers art and cultural activities for a wide range of groups, including schools, families, early years, children and adults.
Placements run from: January–April; April–July; July–September (summer holidays); and September–December.
Applications are currently open for September–December placements, with a deadline of 3 September 2018. More information can be found below.
