Make your own Shadow Puppet

Make your own colourful shadow puppet! With help from skilled puppeteers from the Puppet Theatre Barge, come and discover the magical world of shadow puppetry and leave with your own puppet to take home.
This activity is free and part of our Christmas Shopping Weekend, after you’ve made your puppet, visit the wonderful shopping stalls by independent artists, makers and designers. The weekend also includes live music and festive food and drink. For those wanting more family fun, there is a cyanotype making workshop on the Sunday (1 December).
Aimed at ages 5 – 11 years, though all are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
