Permanent – Full Time (36 hours a week)

£37,602 – £44,235

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Richmond Arts Service, local artists, and the creative community. In this newly established position, you will help generate sustainable income through initiatives including venue hire, retail, and individual giving, helping to secure the future growth of our work.

You will have experience in a commercial setting and a genuine passion for the arts, recognising that strong income generation is essential to delivering ambitious, high-quality cultural programmes that inspire and engage our audiences.
