Let’s Get Creative – Let’s Dance!

Get ready to Dance!  

We’re celebrating the summer holidays through dance this August! In three special Let’s Get Creative sessions we will be dancing in the gallery with facilitator Kiren Virdee, surrounded by the Mirror Shape Play warped mirrors and squishy pink shapes.  

Kiren Virdee encourages free expression and creativity through the body, allowing everyone time to discover and create their own unique movements. These sessions will offer children and their parents or caregivers a chance to experience the installation through movement and dance. Open to a range of ages, there will be opportunities to find ways of moving, playing, and being together, for adults and children alike. Together, we will discover the spaces, surfaces, and shapes of the installation through collaborative play and exploration. 

Let’s Get Creative is aimed at families with children aged 4-11 years, though all are welcome. This month Let’s Get Creative is taking place over three days, each session will be slightly different.
